Anan 10E with no receive via ANT1, ANT2 or ANT3

Good afternoon all.

I have an Anan 10E running Hermes Ver. 1.5 firmware and OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.4.9.

I am able to receive all bands without issue via the RX connector on the back panel. I just can't receive anything when I connect the antenna to ANT 1, ANT 2 or ANT 3.

I believe it is likely I have a box checked/not checked properly in OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.4.9 but I can't seem to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
