Intermittent drop-outs on transmission with Thetis driving G2

I get reports of the G2 transmission dropping signal at the beginning or during transmissions using Thetis Protocol 2. I can sometimes see these events on the screen, especially when tuning on AM. Power keys up, drops by about half and almost immediately recovers. This happens when the G2 is connected to the I7 NUC using a 1 Gb switch. If directly connected with no switch, the problem is not evident. Is there some setting I could adjust to resolve this? This is an unmanaged Netgear GS308 8 port switch using Cat5e shielded cables less than 5' in length.-- Bob - Ki1n
