Very odd indeed-
Updated to the 2.9.0.8 Beta and the frequency display in Thetis is reading 3.2khz higher than my actual frequency.
I can't see anywhere in the setup to fix that. Did the 10 mhz WWV cal a few times...
I cannot find any other folks having this problem in the forum.
Anybody have this happen?
Tnx-

Check if your RIT is at 0?

It works fine, here.
Re: Frequency Display Reading 3.2Khz high
Yup, RIT off....All normal.
Well, I guess this is just a Beta Bug.

Not seeing it here with .08, have you tried a db reset?

If no one else has reported such a problem in the months since 2.9.0.8 was released I don't think it can be summarily attributed to being a "Beta Bug".

Re: Frequency Display Reading 3.2Khz high
Bob, not seeing your issue on my 7000DLE running 2.9.0.8, either. If it were me, the first thing I would try, would be to rename database.xml to database.bak, then start Thetis with no database, let Thetis regenerate a fresh database, and then just go into setup and configure the minimum settings to start the software, (radio selection, IP address, bare minumum)...and see what happens. All of us have found that a database corruption issue is at the root of 99% of all Thetis issues...there is just no evidence that it is a "beta bug" One curiosity though, how are you measuring your "actual" frequency?

Re: Frequency Display Reading 3.2Khz high
Alright- should have caught this one.
I did frequency cal in USB mode. Ha! the frequency offset should have been the tip-off.
It does not say on the Calibration screen to put it in AM mode. I just didn't notice it either
because it was zero-beat.
All fixed!
Thanks guys for all your suggestions.
