Wow Richie. Love the meters. I've ordered another PC just to carry the load. I'm very anxious to see them in action. Thank for all the great work!

Very cool Richie.
However, can the the peak and average indications for each function please be combined onto a single meter? It's much easier to read and understand that way. It's how audio information is always presented in the professional realm.
Also, there's no reason to show ALC, ALC Comp and ALC Group. ALC Group is all that is necessary as it combines the functions of ALC and ALC Comp.

@Scott , yep anything can be done, it is entirely object based with z order etc etc. I can overlay the peak date at a higher Z order easily. At the mo it is everything slapped on dx surface so I can check it all works

Is a S/N Ratio meter in the future at any point? IMO a S/N Ratio (SNR) meter is actually much more relevant than a simple S-meter because it actually shows the signal level relative to the noise level, which is much more valuable info than just the raw S-meter reading of a signal.
I've always believed that telling someone "You're 10 over" (but not mentioning that the noise is already S9+5) is nowhere near as informative as letting them know "You're only 5 dB over the noise".
For reference, the latest version of Simon Brown's SDR Console has a fully functional SNR meter, it performs beautifully, I use it all the time while SWL'ing.

Im not seeing this on my software. Is it in later versions than 2.9.0 x64? All I see is on Page 1, how many hz off listening frequency strongest signal is, the db level of that signal in reference to the grid on the panadapter, and the frequency of the strongest signal in passband. And page 2 on has the resolution BW by itself.

Estimated SNR data is now presented to the meter system and rendered. Difference in numbers is due to the meter being updated much faster (adjustable) than the relatively slow snapshot on the info bar. Oh, and the magic eye is displaying signal str at the mo, well it can be calibrated to display anything in all actuality.

Beware however, that it uses the estimated noise floor across the whole visible spectrum (the same noise floor that used for auto adjusting agc gain etc) and estimated passband noise power to make the calculations. There are a whole bunch of other factors that will change the estimated PBSNR value as well, which perhaps Scott could cover in another thread if not already.

The estimate is extremely accurate, thanks to Richie's remarkably astute algorithm, I believe the same one that is used to judge the noise floor for automatic display scaling. It is rarely more than a dB off.

FB Richie! The TX multimeter is awesome! I'm looking forward to the future refinements. (Such as giving users a choice of colors per meter, and a choice of which meters to display.)

2.9.0.7 has been really good so far. Enjoying the meters. I am also having an issue with the cross needle meter staying up when not transmitting.I tried changing the picture file name, but it didn't work. I did not get into the code because im not real familiar with doing that and want to research what i need to do a little more, before doing it.
