Thetis Issue

Postby N4zop » Sat Sep 18, 2021 5:42 pm

While updating from Thetis 10.20.20 I mistakenly imported a database from the 21G update and now I cannot get Thetis to run. It gives me a fatal error that says index was outside the bounds of the array along with a list of files. I have tried everything including uninstalling Thetis and reinstalling, and it continues to give me the same error no matter what I try. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,

With Thetis closed have you tried deleting the database in user/AppData/Roaming/OpenHPSDR/Thetis-x64 and retry to start it?

Which version are you trying to run? Basic install from 2020? or one that has been patched?

Thanks for the responses. I opened the original 10.20.20 and wanted to bypass having to reinstall all of my settings on this new computer so I exported my database from the computer running update 21G by accident. I was having huge latency issues running VAC with my DAW in 21G so I wanted to try it on 10.20.20. I realize now I brain farted and copied the wrong database into 10.20.20. I have tried all suggestions so far with no luck.

Thanks,

Gary,

I had to remove every aspect of Thetis and reinstall it.

Thanks,

OK. I think just removing the database would have done it, but a fresh install is sometime what you need to do.
