Thetis 2.8.11 only has 0W power

I hve recently upgeaded to a new PC and since then my power output is always 0W.
I have also transferred a copy of Thetis v 2.7.0 and this version works fine.
Is there a setting that I have got wrong somewhere?
Can I/should I transfer the 2.7.0 settings over, they reside on different drives.
If I should transfer the settings, how do I do this?
