Thetis 2.8.11 64 bit. Latest firmware on my 200D as well.
So, it seems that when I turn on RX2, and say RX1 is on 1.885mhz. If I turn on RX2 and go above 2.500mhz by even 1hz, signs on RX2 drop out completely. If say RX1 is on 3.885mhz, and I put rx2 on 4.001mhz, no signals on rx2.
I've made sure I has my ADC's set correctly, I've tired turning the BPF's on or off, and a database reset. Same results.
However, after the database reset, I forgot to change the radio from HERMES to 200-D and I noticed that RX2 was working as it should when I had HERMES selected as my radio. I put it back on 200-D and it doesn't work anymore..
I seem to be the only one having this issue amongst my friends who have ANAN's and are running Thetis 2.8.11 64bit.
Thanks!

No signals on RX2 when on separate band....
Re: No signals on RX2 when on separate band....
How do you have your RX2 ADC assignments set? To share ADC0 with RX1, or to use the back panel RX2 input?
The preselectors (BPFs) are not so good that you would see nothing. However, if you are sharing ADC0 then you do want them turned off (bypass).
Does it behave any differently when you use the other ADC setting? Temporarily move your antenna to the RX2 back panel input to test that, if necessary.
Are you running P1 or P2 firmware?

Re: No signals on RX2 when on separate band....
Yes i am running protocol 2, v1.9. and I am sharing ADC 0 with RX1. I temporarily tried hooking an antenna to RX2, set DDC3 to ADC1, and all worked as it should. I was able to be on 80m on RX1, 40m on RX2, and the signals on RX2 were in the expected range. But if DDC2 and DDC3 are sharing ADC0, those signals on 40m are down to almost an S1 when signals should be around an s7. And if you have both receivers on 80m and you start to tune away on rx2 and go to 40m, you can watch the pronounced drop off in signal strength when you get to that threshold. And again, no difference with the BPF's on or off.
I also reinstalled the firmware and did a database reset. Same results.
Only thing I haven't done is completely delete Thetis and the wisdom file and start over again.

Re: No signals on RX2 when on separate band....
Good info. Starting to grasp at straws here.
I know you said that you put all filters into bypass, but please post a screen shot of your filter settings when in the RX1:80M and RX2:40M with both on ADC0. Please also post a screen shot of your ADC settings under those same conditions. This is just to see if there's anything missing/left unsaid, as unlikely as that might be.

Re: No signals on RX2 when on separate band....
Here ya go.
That "threshold" im talking about is at 5mhz. when I go above 5mhz, I hear a relay click inside the radio, and can watch the signals on rx2 drop at the same time. Also, Im not sure if this is any indication of whats going on, but when I cycle BPF #1 on/off, I can hear the relay inside the radio, however, I dont hear anything when I cycle BPF #2 on/off...
I beginning to think this may be a hardware issue. I hope not.

Where is the filter assignment screenshot? Setup > Ant/Filters > BPF (or whatever it is on the 200D, I forget).

Hi all,
here with my 200D if i switch the BPF switch to Bypass (on the Main-GUI), only the HPF is in Bypass, the LPF is still active !
Also bad for the Wideband-Screen.

I figured it out Scott. In the HPF/LPF tab, I did NOT have 6m/bypass On RX checked. I do now, and things are normal under the same band conditions on VFOa and VFOb. Here are my current settings...
Heres what they were originally, when I was having this issue...
Thanks for your help Scott.

thats because you have to check "6m/Bypass On RX". It will disable the LPF on 80m.
Re: No signals on RX2 when on separate band....
At least I was asking the right questions "just to see if there's anything missing/left unsaid"
Since both RX are running off of ADC0 I'd also recommend you check "Bypass/55MHz LPF" and "HPF Bypass on TX". This will eliminate the preselector from interfering with reception on RX2 when the RX2 band is higher in frequency.
The preselection filtering is only third order and does very little to improve reception under any conditions. I run with mine bypassed all the time.
Glad you got it fixed!

Hi All,
new Transceiver here 7000 DLE MK2 BPF Bypass works now as expect, also in Wideband-Window.
