HTML5, the future of Thetis

Postby K0MO » Fri Aug 14, 2020 12:09 am

To the software developers, some food for thought...

I came across a network device called Ui24R that can be remotely controlled using HTML5 code.

Imagine doing the same with your SDR transceiver using any HTML5 browser from your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC, without ever needing to install an external application.

I have been using the Ui24R with my ANAN on my studio/shack for the last two months and all I can say is: Wow!!!

Looking forward to see HTML5 software technology like this implemented in our SDR transceivers in the near future :)
