Thetis Not Saving Settings

Radio- 200D
Software- Thetis 2.6.7
Firmware- Protocol 2 Orion_NP_v1.8.rbf
So, the issue I'm having is that when I shut the program down, the next time I open it, things aren't the way they were when I shut things down last time. For instance, It's not on the same frequency, if I change the skin, it goes back to the prior skin, If I make any other changes, they go back to the way things were when I shut the program down the time before. I was having the same issue with 3.4.9, and I turned "Sleep" off on my PC, and it seemed to stop doing it. Weather it was coincidence or not, I'm not sure. I always make sure to wait at least 30 seconds after powering down the software before I close Thetis. I also wait 5 minutes or so to shut the PC down. Even though task manager will say that Thetis stops running about 5 seconds after closing. Anyone else experiencing this?
Also, when installing Thetis, or any version of PowerSDR, do you choose "Typical", "Custom", or "Complete"? I've always done "Typical", but I wonder what, if any, differences there are between "Typical" and "Complete".
Thanks,
Perry
