Normal split function works fine.
VFO A is Receive fx (DX station) VFO B is my TX fx.
I want to be able to have a second panadapter to view my transmit fx when in receive to try to find a clear spot that I can click on to change my tx fx to call the DX Station.
Any suggestions?

Re: Split Function
How about turning on the TX FL button to show your TX passband?

Re: Split Function
I could no make it work all of the time. This seems to work for me:
1. Set your RX FX (DX in VFO A.
2. Lock VFO A. When he changes fx unlock A, retune for DX statioin and relock VFO A.
3. Hit Split and enter the max split DX is looking for calls in VFO B.
4. I have display set to Panafall.
5. Hit MutiRx.
6. Cursor operation: Right mouse button controls cursor modes. no cursor, yellow cursor, then red cursor, another right click and you are back to no cursor. You want Red.
7. You can now use red cursor to left click on any sig on vfo B and hear his audio - you may hear DX station her him. Try calling DX station when contact ends and dx may hear you.
I am going to check this further but played around with it for a while this evening. Make sure you lock VFO A and you have a red line cursor to grab a sig on VFO b.73, Bill, WA2DVU

Re: Split Function
Typo.
you may hear DX station her him.
should be you may see and hear DX station call him.

That was the question I was answering.
It seems you wanted a lot more than that.
The good news is you figured it out for yourself. The procedure you more fully describe is exactly what everyone does when trying to bust an "Up 5-10" type pile-up.
