Homebrewed PiHpsdr

Hi Team,
I have homebrewed my RPi controller for me HB Hermes. I notice that the HPSDR shutdown after few minutes of running. Even the HPSDR screen disappear ! What could be wrong ?
I run web browser and watch YouTube video without any issue.
I power my Pi from a 5V , 2A rated power adaptor.
I use my 32 inch TV as test monitor.
Can anyone help me to track this fault ?
Also I notice a yellow power symbol on my display screen as seen in attached pic. Is this normal ?

I powered Pi from my Phone power supply, 5V , 0.7A rated power adaptor. That time I could see a yellow power mark as seen in attached pic. Is that an insufficient power warning ? When I connected 2A rated power unit, that symbol disappeared.
I use my 32 inch TV as test monitor.
Can anyone help me to track this fault ?

The power symbol indicates that the RPi has detected that the voltage level is low and as a result slows the clock on the RPi. This would indicate that you need a larger power supply. The recommended minimum for the RPi3 is 2.5amp.

Hi Team,
After spending some time with my PiHPSDR, I came to notice that once I store a freq and later if I recall this freq stored from MEM menu, this PSDR vanishing error happens. Is anyone else noticed this or else an issue locally in my unit ?.
Please share your thoughts.
Also can you help me to recover my original RPi screen ?? I miss lot buttons in my screen as seen in attached screen shot !

Can you change start_pihpsdr.sh to "pihpsdr >log 2>&1". Run piHPSDR and then send me the log file.

Hi John,
I could not understand your advise for some test. Can you expand further please.
In RPi Rasbian screen on monitor, usually we get some buttons to start programs and to explore RPi features etc with Icon Pic as Rassberry fruit"
After some wrong fiddling by me these buttons are not visible for me now.
Do I need to reload Rassbian and then PiHPSDR ??
Can yourefer to attached pic (my 7 inch RPi monitor screen) and advise me how to correct screen size further ??Here I miss the close button, two function button etc.
I had added few modification suggested on config.txt file.

These are not piHPSDR questions. These are Linux questions. The problem would appear to be a lack of experience with Linux, or the Raspbian variant of Linux in particular.
Everyone forgets that the "piHPSDR" is not an appliance, but a computer running a Linux operating system and an application called "piHPSDR". Sure it might have some knobs and switches, but that is incidental. Such a device will be as complex, if not more so, than running PowerSDR on a Windows PC.

Prem--this is probably not the right forum to learn how to work with the Linux operating system, and the variant of that that is specific to Raspberry Pi's, Raspbian.
You might start with the basics of Linux here:

Hi All,
I have completed my PiHPSDR project and Rx part work ok. During Tx, the meter needle stand still in Tune and even in MOX mode, @ 41W.I can see voice peaks in display screen, while talking to mic. Also the SWR and ALC reading (below S meter needle) digits changes.
My Radio is Hermes followed by a driver PA. Please advise how to trouble shoot on this.
