ANAN-7000DLE
No power output on any band, moved from one state to another and after hooking everything back up I now have no power output, everything else works fine, you can see my signal on the pan adapter but power put meter goes to zero and no output on my wattmeter.
I'm wondering if anyone here can guide me in the right direction

Just confirming:

Are you running PowerSDR or Thetis? What version?

Are you running Protocol 1 or Protocol 2 firmware? What version?

More questions:

Can you see a TX signal on the panadapter with DUP turned on? What is the level of that signal?

It's also possible that something as simple as an internal cable came loose in transit. It would probably be worth dropping the back panel and taking a look inside to see if anything came adrift. Remove the rear panel perimeter screws and the hardware on the BNC connectors, then carefully pull the rear panel away from the unit.

Does the 7000 have a standby button like the 8000 ??

If so check that standby is not selected!.
In standby mode with the Anan 8000 you will see the signal on the panadapter but there is no output power .

It has caught me out a few times.
