Audio Playback Issue

Running PSDR 3.4.5 and 7000. If I try to play back a recording using the built-in player it plays back badly. If I play the .wav file using another player in Windows it plays back fine. Anyone else having this issue?

Loren,

This is a PSDR (and possibly Windows) issue, not a hardware issue, so the thread is going back to the PowerSDR sub-forum. Also asked and not answered, I'm afraid, in your other, duplicate, thread here..

I suspect this is a feature not much in use by anyone, otherwise you'd be getting a lot of answers.

Did you try playback with PureSignal disabled (PS-A OFF)?

i'm grasping at straws here myself. I never use quick record/playback. I do all of my recording and playback outside of PowerSDR. If I get a chance I'll look at this later this evening. Must go move some snow now ;)

Scott

Loren,

You may want to play with the "Wave Record Options" for your setup. I run VAC for RX and TX so it may not work for you.

"When Receiving Record..." --> Receiver Input I/Q
"When Transmitting Record..." --> Transmitter Output I/Q

192k sample rate
32-Bit Signed PCM

They may not be right, but works for my station.
