From Doug, W5WC:

All,

PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.3.16, May 14, 2017 has been released.

This release can be downloaded from the TAPR Github website.
https://github.com/TAPR/OpenHPSDR-PowerSDR/releases

This release contains the following changes/fixes:

- Corrects sporadic HIGH SWR message found in v3.3.15. Your radio should
have the latest firmware flashed.
- Chris, W2PA added support for the Behringer CMD Micro and CMD PL-1 MIDI
controllers in the Midi2Cat interface. More information can be found in the
BehringerMods_Midi2Cat_v2.pdf located in the PowerSDR working directory.
- Chris, W2PA added a RIT/XIT sync feature to the console that increments
RIT and XIT the same amount when adjusting either of the values.
- Corrected an issue with the 'Limit Stitched Receivers' feature not
updating when using the 8000DLE.
- Added 200W Meter Trim range for the 8000DLE.

This release dos not implement the CFC audio tools or SSB w/carrier
features.

You will need to reset your database for this release.

Thanks & 73
Doug, W5WC

Just had a read through of Chris's instructions for the Behringer PL1 controller, really easy to follow. Great job

On my 100B I am running 3.3.15 with firmware 1.3, is it necessary to upgrade the firmware to 1.5? If the answer is yes, I assume I must use the boot loader, so where do I get the loader and procedure to use?

I meant to say "is it necessary to upgrade the firmware to 1.5?" if I upgrade to 3.3.16

Joe,

You do not have to upgrade your firmware.

Hi Doug,

I think you have seen the comments about CAT connection lost and DDUtil 3.2.5.01. I can confirm what Henry wrote in the yahoo-group:

I have no problem at all with CAT and PowerSDR 3.3.16. It works the same as in 3.3.15.
But I do not use DDUtils. I just have played around a bit with DDUtils this morning (PowerSDR 3.3.16) and always saw the "CAT connection lost" message in the title bar, no matter what I did. But the funny thing is that the macros worked despite. DDUtils can open the COM port without problems, can send macros which are executed by PowerSDR 3.3.16, but always reports "CAT connection lost".

I am using Windows 10 with the latest updates.
