I picked up a Hercules DJControl Starlight. Initially I had issues getting it working reliably directly into the software. Most probably because of the touch sensitive nature of the jog wheels causing multiple midi messages.

I used Bome midi translator, and it is now working great. Just thought I would let you know that this small controller can work. The wheels seem quite good, as do the knobs and sliders. The buttons are a bit 'clicky', but for £60 it does a fantastic job.

I got a Hercules Starlight and I am experiencing the same problem : I can't get the
console working thru the midi interface in Thetis.
Could you give some details concerning the use of the midi translator ? I am stuck.
