Hello OM,
I'd like to know about the function of A>B, A<B and A<>B Midi controller.
Especially about Hercules DJ controller MP3 e2.
When I press the A>B button from PowerSDR console in Windows10,
the set values of the frequency, mode and filter's width of VFO A are
transferred to VFO B and the same setting is made.
When I press the A>B button from DJ controller MP3 e2, the set value
of the only frequency of VFO A is transferred to VFO B.
Mode and filter width don't change.
For examples,
(1)From A>B button PowerSDR console in PC Windows10
***VFO A 21.025 CWU 500Hz -------(Press A>B)-----> VFO A 21.025 CWU 500Hz
***VFO B 21.295 USB 2.7KHz-------(Press A>B)------->VFO B 21.025 CWU 500Hz
****Frequency, mode and filter width changed.
(2)From A>B button DJ controller MP3 e2
***VFO A 21.025 CWU 500Hz -------(Press A>B)-----> VFO A 21.025 CWU 500Hz
***VFO B 21.295 USB 2.7KHz -------(Press A>B)-----> VFO B 21.025 USB 2.7KHz
****Frequency only changed.
Furthermore, A<B and A<>B buttons behavior same.
What should I do to get the same behavior as the PowerSDR console?
I tried another MP3 e2 and changed PC. The symptom was same.
I heard the Behringer MIDI controller does not behavior above.
When A>B button is pressed from Behringer MIDI contoller,
frequency, mode and filter width are transferred.
I'm using following OS, PowerSDR, Midi controller.
ANAN-200D firmware Ver4.9
Hercules DJ control mp3 e2 and installed latest driver.
PowerSDR OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.4.2 and I tried V3.3.16, v3.3.17 and v3.4.1
Windows10 home-64bit Japanese
Thank you and 73

Shige-san,
I looked at this again (more carefully) and can now confirm that the Behringer controller also behaves this way, compared with the PowerSDR/OpenSDR console. I incorrectly told you otherwise when we exchanged emails last week - my apologies. There is indeed apparently a difference.
I conclude that the CAT commands being mapped to those VFO functions are processing the commands differently from how the console (the UI) processes them.
I will investigate this and hopefully make the MIDI/CAT commands match the console in the next release.
The other issue you mentioned, pertaining to RX2 NR2, has been fixed.
