Did you use the right firmware? What FPGA is inside your 7000 (you can tell by what version firmware was in their before)? See these links for reference:

Assuming you did load the correct firmware, other common errors/problems include:

- Leaving the bootloader switch in the wrong position
- Failing to power cycle the unit after moving the bootloader switch
- Intermittent Ethernet cable that went bad after moving it

The firmware was Metis_Orion_MkII_Protocol_2_v2.1.18.rbf
The process of the update was 100% OK.
I switch the Jumper button from ON to OFF after upgrading.

Loading firmware with the bootloader is the "hard reset".

Step 1 is to go back to the original firmware and make sure everything is working OK.

If that does not work then that suggests you are not performing the firmware loading process correctly.

If it does work, then you can retry one of the following versions:

The problem is that I can not Loading firmware with the bootloader.
The Bootloader software dos not communicate with the radio.

Very detailed instructions for using Bootloader are here:

You must follow them very precisely lest you run into problems.

"The problem is that I can not Loading firmware with the bootloader."

When your Anan is switched to bootloader mode does the green light to the left of the Ethernet cable on the radio turn on solid when you power the radio on? If not, check the following:

Right click the Windows start button, select "Device Manager", double click on "Network Adapters", then double click on the network adapter your Anan is connected to. Select the tab labled "Advanced" and scroll down to find "Speed & Duplex". If it is not set to "Auto Netotiation" set it to this. Close all your windows and reboot your computer. Start Bootloader and it should be able to see the radio's interface now assuming you have the radio on and in bootloader mode and you should then be able to load the firmware.

I just discovered this problem today. I've loaded firmware to my Anan many times over the years and have never had a problem until I tried to load v2.2.2 today. When I switched the radio to BootLoader mode, started BootLoader, it could not find the radio. The reason it couldn't find it was the interface for the radio wasn't listed; only the interface to my network (I have two NIC's (Network Interface Controller) was listed. One NIC goes only to the Anan and the other goes to my full network and internet.

Long story short, after a bit of troubleshooting, I found that the reason the NIC wasn't being seen by BootLoader was I had set the NIC property "Speed & Duplex" to "1.0 Gbps Full Duplex" last year some time when I was trying to optimize the settings to lower over/underruns. Apparently Bootloader doesn't work at that speed. Once I reset this property to "Auto Negotiation", rebooted the machine, the green link light on the Anan came on and BootLoader was able to see both my NIC interfaces. Selecting the correct one now and starting the programming operation worked perfectly then.

Scott, this might be something that should be in the BootLoader instructions as it is a real "gotcha" that I didn't know about until I was "Got" today.

Good luck,

Joe, W4WT

Thank you all.
Well I follow the instruction, and after many tries, I success to upload the firmware 2.1.26
The radio communicate with "Thetis"But No audio , and no receiving... (Tx Is OK).
I also tried to run SDRconsole, and radio woks OK with this software...
All is very strange, as all started after I tried to Upgrade to the new Metis_Orion_MkII_Protocol_2_v2.2.1.rbf.

Problem solved.
I needed to program the older firmware with windows 10.
After that In my main computer Win11 64bit. I needed to allow App to comunicate to the firewall for thetis.
after I did that I reboot and thetis returned to life :D

Thank you all for support.
