New 10E & 100B Firmware (current protocol)

A new release of ANAN-10E/100B firmware (v1.5, current protocol) is available on Github at:
https://github.com/TAPR/OpenHPSDR-Firmware/tree/master/Protocol1
This incorporates recent updates to the Hermes code and fixes a glitch in the RF output that some users had experienced.
