Hi All,

I wanted to provide a quick update:

Keeping in mind the various procurement and operational challenges there have been delays in getting the radios
out to you, however, we would like to assure you that we have adequate stock of critical parts now and our production
is in full swing.

We expect to start shipping the 7000DLEs in volume by end of May and fulfil all preorders for the Andromeda
within the next few weeks after that.

All 7000DLE MKII Preorders (placed in April/May) are expected to be fulfilled by June.

I am aware that there have been delays in getting the MKII controller out to you, we are awaiting some components which ship from
the supplier on the 21st of this month and we expect to commence shipping out the controllers within a week from that date.

Back when I ordered my 7000, after a time I started sending Apache-Labs emails inquiring about my order. I never (or thought not) received a response. Daily I would check my mailbox and my spam box. Nothing. I was using Microsoft Outlook as my mail app to receive email on an swbell.net mailbox. Then one day I decided to log into my swbell.net mailbox directly using their Yahoo platform. There was nothing in the mailbox. When I checked mt Spam folder there, BAM!, there were several email messages from Abhi. So, if you send Apache-Labs and you don't seem to be getting a response. Try accessing your email from a different email app and then check your Spam folder. Or what even fits for your delivery method. I was embarrassed for putting up a minor fuss about not getting responses when I really was.

Maybe this will help someone.

I'll throw my order number and date out there. I'm patient but you never know, maybe I missed something. Thanks.

I checked a couple of minutes ago my mailbox directly on web interface of my mail provider and no emails in the junk folder.

8-10 weeks from March 16, 2020 is between May 11 and May 25, 2021.

Finally yesterday arrived the Paypal invoice to pay entire rig.
I am waiting for shipment details and of course for the RTX on my shack.

P.S.: this afternoon I received the tracking number. Shipped directly from Melbourne to Milan Malpensa.

Hello fellow Apache Labs soon to be owners. My order number is AC-3204, Feb 8, and now into the 16th week. Was wondering if any other 7KDLE MKII has experienced a delay of this length ?? I still see a lead time of 8-10 weeks for new purchases, the same as on Feb 8.
There has been no updates since AC-3200 was shipped two weeks age.

I don’t think so Nick,
Melbourne has been in Covid lockdown for the last two weeks. So what ever delivery you were hoping for add two weeks. I suspect that Abhi hasn’t even been able to access his Emails in the mean time. The good news is that lockdown starts ending tomorrow on Friday. I hope that Abhi will be able to give us an update as soon as possible when the factory opens up again. I believe that I am correct in that currently the finished rigs have been coming from the Melbourne factory and not India where things are even grimmer Covid 19 wise.

I received and Email from a query two weeks ago in relation to my delivery schedule, I placed an order a few days before you Nick
and the responce was that they were all going into Lock down again an would be out of Lockdown on Friday the 11th, it is this day that they were attempting to dispatch my radio...

PS. If it helps, I have to aquire equipment for my work from various suppliers who have to imp[ort these into Australia, I have delivery details
that specify 8 Months !!!, Covid certainly has thrown things into spin, I have certainly learnt o be patient

I hope everyone is keeping safe!

We have emerged from a 2 week lock down in Melbourne and are now back to work, India was also in a 6 week lock down but the factory is now working with 50% staff as mandated by the local government,

We commence shipping ANAN-7000DLE MKII (black edition) orders this week, concurrently we are now also taking into production the various boards required for the radios. Our support team will be in touch when your unit is ready to ship,

I will shortly provide updated schedules based on the order date, but wanted to provide a quick update.

Our CM for the Andromeda enclosure has shipped the enclosures and we will commence assembly once they are received in Melbourne.

A more detailed update will follow,

It was quite a wait but I received my ANAN 7000DLE MkII Black a few days ago. My order placed through HRO.

Nice to know that radio’s are going out. But I’m wondering where the detailed update that we were promised went to ? Time is ticking and the sun spot activity is up so no pressure guys.

I ordered April 14, I am also wondering where my order sits in the que. It would be great to see more updates on the progress.

I am also wondering how things are going with shipments of the Andromeda.
My initial pre-order no. 3115 Oct. 2020. Prepayment Oct. 30, 2020....."Invoice from Apache Labs Pty Ltd (0236)"

I just received a reply from Tony (Apache Labs support in Australia) who sent this;

" I apologies for the delay in getting your order out, we are about 3-4 weeks from shipping out our first lot."

Now this is an answer to my question about the 'Andromeda' and I assume his answer pertains to the Andromeda, not necessarily any other Apache product.

edit; I also want to mention that Tony replied to my email sent to 'Support' yesterday.

So, as far as I'm concerned, this is good news.
