Anan 100D DC plug

Postby g1fxe » Fri Feb 19, 2021 10:54 pm

Like the pinned posting in this forum I have erratic power out which in part appears to stem from the dc lead fuse holder.

As part of the solution I would like to remake the DC lead as I really don't like the zip tied version that was supplied.
BTW my rig is one of the very early grey 100d models supplied direct from the factory.

Does anyone know the model number or a source of the DC plug ?

Thanks, Peter......G1FXE

I believe this is the correct part:

https://www.molex.com/molex/products/part-detail/crimp_housings/0428160212

That is the body only. Be sure to reference the "mates with/use with" section of that page to reference the mating connector and the crimp terminals that must be installed in the connector body.

Spot on. When I looked closely at the plug it has a Molex part number (42816) embossed in teeny writing (at least for my old eyes).

Thanks for your help.
