In my new location, I need to make a new power cord about 5 feet longer than the OEM cord to reach my power supply. I need to know the wire gage and the anderson power pole sizes to install on the new cord.
Thanks for your help, 73

Handy calculator here: https://www.calculator.net/voltage-drop-calculator.html?material=copper&wiresize=3.277&voltage=13&phase=dc&noofconductor=1&distance=10&distanceunit=feet&eres=30&x=62&y=21
I'd try to keep the drop at around .5V or less. Adjust your power supply voltage up a bit, but I also wouldn't exceed 14V.
30A Powerpoles should be fine. 50A if you want to over do it.
