OFF Topic Very low noise on 80-15M Bands

Since last night and till now I have witnessed amazing phenomena I have never seen in some time that noise levels are down to very comfortable
levels to work DX. On 80 and 40M last night noise was around 58/59 and on 20M 56 today noon and 15M 54. 15M is understandable but other bands have surprised me. I have verified it from few others in Delhi NCR and everyone was happy about this during CQ WPX RTTY contest.
