Anan 8000 DLE Fans

Hi,
In my 8000DLE schematic, I’ve found 2 cooling fan systems :
The first one (sheet labeled “500W Palet”) is driven by a TC652 directly plugged to a fan (via a N-Mosfet transistor) and close to the P.A. heatsink.
The second one seems to use an op. amp (LM358) that sends a proportional voltage to the ATmega board (ADC2 input), depending on the temperature sensor (as far as I can judge R38,probably a NTC or PTC resistor). The fan is the driven by a PWM stobe sent by the PD5 ouput of the ATmega, buffered by a N-Mosfet.
Which one is in use in the rig ? (or are they both operational, one of them just waiting for a second fan ?)
Thanks
