Dear friends,
I have installed the 10MHz daughter card in my Angelia. How can I tell whether it is locked to the 10MHz that I am supplying from a GPSDO?
Thanks,

10MHz locked?
Re: 10MHz locked?
Thanks, Scott.
Follow-on question... what level (dBm) does Angelia's 10MHz input expect?
Thanks-

Re: 10MHz locked?
I don't actually know. However, empirical evidence shows that it can be sine or square, single ended or differential, and pretty much any peak to peak voltage from 1 to 5 volts.
The schematic of the daughtercard is here. I've never bothered to analyze it, myself.
BG7TBL and Bodnar GPSDOs are both proven to work. Anything with a 0 to 10dBm sine output into 50 Ohms, or a 3.3 or 5.5VDC single ended CMOS output, should work fine.
In other words, the input is robust and optimization of the signal type and level is not required for good performance.

Fantastic, thanks again Scott.
