Rig 7000 (no internal pc)

I am trying to connect Cat control to Fldigi-- I think I have tried about everything I know and have come up empty handed.
Audio is great through Banana.
I have VSPE and created a pair but still not go.
I have created a video to possible be of help to others also getting there feet wet.

Hi Larry,

you need to select the rig-file (xml-file) in fldigi cat dialog.
I tried this https://sourceforge.net/projects/fldigi/files/xmls/sdr/ and it works. Just download the xml-file and put it into c:\users\<youruser>\fldigi.files\rigs. Then you can select this file in the cat-setup-dialog

We got it up and running. I remember doing this for all the old Flex radios but I never seen anywhere on the forum here about loading this in. Maybe I will re do the video showing this important step in the process and put it on You Tube.
