Digital modes: power levels, WSJT-X and monitors?

What is the maximum power level you can run using FT8 with a 7000DLE MKII? I thought I read somewhere it was 30 watts. Any issues running WSJT-X & JTAlert on the same computer? Would it be best to use 2 monitors?
I am doing my research before I buy a 7000DLE.
Thanks,
Dave

According to the specs for the Mark II
RF Output Power: 100W PEP SSB, FM, RTTY, Digital; 1-30W AM, 100W CW
Usually the CW means Continuous Wave and not CW keying (at least it should mean that).
Maybe somebody at Apache Labs can clear that up.
Sounds like it should be be able to do 100W for FT8 and such at 50% duty cycle.

JTAlert and WSJT-X are intended to run on the same computer, and there is no difficulty doing so.

The more monitors the better! You won't need more than one, but having two or three makes life so much nicer. I run three 4K monitors at my station :D

Hi Scot,
Even I am running 3 monitors without any issues.
Working FT-8 since Jan 16th when I cleared the mess and confirmed 79 countries on FT-8 since then.
40 & 80M is hot as worked 47 on 80 and 42 on 40 alone.
