Focusrite Scarlett Solo and Voicemeeter Potato

I'm posting this as a reminder to myself, but also to help others who may have a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface.
If you are suffer crackles, pops and other general sounds issues whilst using a Focusrite Scarlett interface and Voicemeeter (in my case Potato), you might want to try this. After many hours of testing, the only sample rate/ buffer sizes that seem to play nicely with Voicemeeter and the Scarlett interface using ASIO are:
- 48000/ 96, and
-48000/ 192.
