What are your settings with the new firmware companions?
I have best resultat with 2048 on Primary and 128 in VAC with my USB2 Soundcard in my computer.
Just a thought from me ;)

No one else who shares what you drive with for buffer settings?
Hmmm

Primary 512 and 192KHz, everything else at minimum settings, and VAC sample rate 96KHz. Audio interface is a Presonus Studio 192 Mobile on a USB3 interface.

Primary Buffer Size is 512 and sampling rate is at 192KHz. My VAC buffer size is at 512 with a 48KHz sampling rate to match my UMC202HD interface sampling rate of 48KHz.

Smooth sailing with a Buffer Latency setting of 0ms with the new Resampler!

I am using a pair of VB-Audio virtual cables (https://www.vb-audio.com/Cable/) to connect my ANAN-10E's VAC 1 digital i/o to my WSJT-X application's digital i/o.

VAC-1: the selected Driver is MME, the Buffer Size is set to 512, the Sample Rate is set to 48000, the Latency is set to 50 (manual)
VB Audio Cables (for each of cable A and cable B): the Internal Sampling Rate is set to 48000Hz, the Maximum Latency is set to 7168 samples
Primary Audio: the Buffer Size is set to 512, the Sample Rate is set to 192000

To my knowledge, WSJT-X only works with MME and 48000 samples per second.

If you are using Voicemeeter Banana (VMB), you can make the PowerSDR to VMB connection using ASIO. Everything else, e.g. WSJT-X, will connect to VMB using whatever method it wants, as VMB supports all Windows sound drivers. This way you can use ASIO where possible, but fall back to MME or other drivers as required, and PowerSDR remains insulated from all of these issues by VMB.

Thank you for your reply friends.
Played with my settings tonight on my Mackie Big Knob Studio + soundcard, and found that 512 on Primary and 128 on VAC works best.
Had too much buffer set to the sound card earlier as it seems. Do not run any VMB or the like at this time.
Then I get to correct previous settings. ;)
Latency is set to 0ms (manual).
Always work in 192KHz.
