Hi guys, I posted this in voicemeeter forum but no reply so far so thought I'd try here:

I am using a behringer UMC404 HD with voicemeeter Banana. On start up the "Hardware UMC Asio" indicator flashes red, I have tried various settings without success however if I set the engine to "normal" in settings and then change back to "swift" it works and will continue working until next PC reboot. I'd appreciate any advice to resolve this

This definitely sounds like a VMB related issue not associated with PowerSDR specifically.

It almost seems like the Behringer drivers are loading after VMB starts. Try setting VMB so it does not automatically start with Windows, then after Windows is fully up try starting VMB manually. If that works it's an indication of a driver loading order problem. Not sure how to fix that
