Heil headphone adapter for front panel plug in

Hi,
I run a 200D with Heil Pro 7 headphones and mike. Over the years I have wired up the adapter cable and plug to go from the Heil headset to the front panel sockets. My adapters fail after a while. Now I find my dexterity is lacking. Would like to know who can put together some adapters for me.
