I don't know if I'm missing it in the manual or what.
Using left line in on rear of 7000 with Thetis V2.8.11.
No audio out with line in selected and VAC off.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin

Are you using any other audio gear or just a microphone? If you just plugged a mic in, it won't work without a preamp.

I am sending line-level audio to the Line-in port on the back of my 7000 mkii and it works good. You have to use the headphone output on the front to get any audio, otherwise you have to use VAC to send the audio out elsewhere it appears.

Thanks for replies.
Preamp did the trick.
Too many options for input lol.
Now trying dbx 286 using just preamp, deesser and gate along with 7000 equalizer and CFC tools.

W1AEX has the definitive guide for using line in and professional audio equipment. See here:
http://www.w1aex.com/anan/anan.html#audio_chain
That shows the accessory connector pins on the older ANAN's, but you will just use the RCA jack, of course.
