Re: Error starting SDR hardware.
I have had the same issue at times here lately, I’m not sure but seems to have happened after windows update. I am running windows 11. I went through everything you describe and finally just powered everything down, computer, etc. After a complete power down all started back up fine with no issues. ...

Re: What does it mean that OpenHPSDR and Thetis is Open Source?
I just wanted to add to the gratefulness that I have for this project/platform. I am an early adapter with the sdr1000 and Janus/ozy along with many of the other software and hardware additions from the HPSDR community. I just mention that because there are so many people as stated that have contrib...

Re: How to build Thetis in Visual Studio?
Hello Scott, I'm just checking, I know you did the cloning feature. To get the latest from Richie, I normally download the Zip folder (Meters, as this is the latest; not Master), be sure you right click on the Meters zip folder, then select properties, select the Unblock checkbox hit apply, etc. The...

I hope Richie doesn’t mind me posting this, I have been anxiously downloading his “wip” source code which believe me is very hard to keep up with as it is mostly Daily. It is Very Very many lines of coding, probably hundreds of lines. To say the least, I am amazed at his work, Awsome! I believe ever...

Re: Thetis, protocol 2
Scott,
I am asking this and I may be way off here but using above a 192khz sample rate, does this affect Pure Signal. I may be off on a tangent here and apologize if so?
Thanks,
Joe

I attached two photos, one of the rack with the 8000 shown and one screen shot. Everything is remote although I am in t...

Yevgeni, I'm not sure exactly what is going on in the code but if you go to setup and select the "options" tab then select "enable RX1 and RX2" step attenuators the meters work correctly. I'm not sure but it may have something to do with the ADC linking? Also. when going from col...

Re: Thetis 2.9.0.7 x86 (4/23/22) MW0LGE pre-release (meters testing)
There is a drop down on the meter tab under the appearance tab in setup that will allow you to select a skin for the meters. That’s the only setup per say. I have a meters folder on the GitHub download that has different skins. You will need to down load this folder and put beside your main skins fo...

They should stay on top unless you disable that function in the drop down on the main screen. This was added in the last GitHub upload a few days ago. There are some other additions as well on the “meter” drop down tab that should be helpful too. The Thetis is dated 12/25/22.

The version you downloaded had the actual "checkbox" function erased. I found that as well and had to re-install to an earlier version and re-enter my changes along with double checking. There are a few other functions with the same issue - TX-Inhibit for one, not sure how this happened? o...

Thanks, I made a couple of adjustments, I found that when you use RX2 and the meters are in home position - “meter tab”, the main multimeter might trigger to the stretched position. I need to work on that, I don’t have any experience with that step. Honestly, I was hoping someone would take a look at what I put in Thetis and use what they thought would be of value to most. VAC Over Run Issue - While PS in use with "Display PS-RX and PS-TX spectra"
Not sure if this will help anyone but I wanted to post. I started getting extreme VAC buffer over-runs and started backing into things I had changed and found this issue in my case: I had the main sampling rate at 192khz with PS Enabled (VAC @ Manual) and chose the checkbox option "Display PS-R...
