If you have installed pre-release-4, the instructions for cmASIO are in the Thetis folder.

Re: cmASIO feature in Thetis 2.10.3.5 pre 3
Hi Jim, Do you have DebugView from sysinternals.microsoft.com? If so, you can use it to see debug output from Thetis while it is starting which will show what went wrong with cmASIO. Otherwise, there's a couple of Voicemeeter pitfalls you can check. Voicemeeter's virtual ASIO driver buffer size shou...

If this is the case, then it would be logical to indicate information about this here in the forum header and specify another backup email! Yes, that would be the logical thing to do. Otherwise, we have absolutely no way to communicate with Apache-Labs. The last time I emailed them, I found myself ...

Payment Fraud Alert
Abhi locked the 'Fraud Alert' thread against replies in the News forum, but if I were able to reply to him, I would say this: I received the aforementioned emails from a fraudster who was posing as Tony. The really bad thing is that the fraudulent email came to me as a reply to email that I had just...

Re: cmASIO feature in Thetis 2.10.3.5 pre 3
I also noted my UMC status panel shows that it automatically set 64 samples under "buffer mode"; it was set to 8 with VAC so that was nice since I didn't know it needed to be set to 64. I may even break out VMP and give it a whirl again. I have been using my 7300 for digital for quite a w...

Re: Lost VAC2 on SSB
Hi Dick, I setup VAC1 and VAC2 just like yours (shown above) in version 2.10.3.5 pre-release-3 using my 7000DLE MKII. Everything works fine. I'm listening to a 40m QSO on 7.157 via RX1/VAC1 and an 80m QSO on 3.915 via RX2/VAC2. Sounds good. Not trying to rub it in. Just trying to encourage you that ...

Mark,
Use the mic slider on the main console window, just like you did before you started using VAC.

Can you confirm that if I want to use the front panel audio again I just need to remove the reg key for now ? Hi Paul, You don't have to remove the whole reg key. You can just delete the text of your asio driver name within the key value, or you can mangle the name somehow (like adding a bogus char...

I tend to force them when running data modes, especially SSTV and the like. There is nothing wrong with them afaik, but their state is not stored along the with the TX profile atm. Okay, cool. Not a tick of a box.
Do that with the "Pan" sliders, i.e. slide one all the way to the left and the other to the right.

Does that mean the shipments have coasted to a halt?
Or does it mean the shipments are now occurring so timely that the issue is moot?

Hi All,
How do we know the rumbling sound wasn't actually a signal on the band?
His panadapter is zoomed out so far, I can't squint hard enough to see if the rumble is actually within the receiver passband or not.

Not aware of the ".26" series.
But you did try the ".27A/B/C/E/F/G" series, right? Those are the ones that work FB here on my EP4CE based Orion.

Hi Laurence,
I remember, from your SDRA 2022 presentation, that you were favoring 4096-byte DMA transfers on the PCIe bus for the various streaming channels within Saturn. Did you finally settle on that number, or were there further refinements?

Lynx Studio makes a nice line of PCIe audio interfaces that DMA your audio samples directly to/from the computer's data bus.

Something to ponder:
Is the Saturn being manufactured under openHPSDR licensing?
Or is this now a totally new platform and considered completely proprietary to Apache Labs?
