VFOA and VFOB windows not showing correctly
I noticed just now that VFOA and VFOB windows aren't showing correctly. Not sure why I see this only now (it has been there all along), but I wonder what causes this? See image below.

Re: Which one? Anyone compare them?
Hello Ernst,
To be clear, which Thetis version exactly are you talking about? v2.10.3.4 was released a little after the date of your response to me.
I am still on v2.9.0.8 x64 (Pre-release).

Programming PTT function as a toggle
Apologies if this question has already been answered! I do see a few threads talking about the PTT function, but as I am complete MIDI newbie I am posing questions that may be infantile indeed. Presently, I have a hand-switch plugged into the front mic port, but I would much rather use a MIDI contro...

Re: Which one? Anyone compare them?
I have ZERO experience with DJ controllers. This one looks compact, but I have no idea if it will work or not.

Which items in specifications do I need to look for that would suggest the controller either works or not?

Re: Size of off-set numbers (arrows) on thumb-wheels under XIT/RIT
Hello Richie!
Apologies for not expressing myself correctly.
I mean that the UP and DOWN Arrows are really small so I am having difficulty hitting the "arrows." Would like to be able to increase the size of those arrows and/or the size of the numbers on the thumb-wheels.

Re: Fun With The Greyline/Spotting Map
This greyline feature that is superimposed on the GUI is great! When I switch on this feature the skin changes to a "default," I presume. Now, how do I get the greyline to float on top of the skin that I am using?

Size of off-set numbers (arrows) on thumb-wheels under XIT/RIT
Is there a way to increase the size of the off-set numbers on the RIT/XIT thumb-wheels? The size of the entire window or the UP/DOWN arrows is really what I meant. Using a mouse to adjust off-set numbers is way too tricky and I often find that I don't hit the thumb-wheel with the pointer fast enough...

Monitoring of CW
This isn't a real big issue, but I would like to understand why this is happening. VAC used for audio and to hear the side-tone on CW, I am using a pair of head-phones plugged into the front headphone audio port. This works fine, except when I switch from SSB to CW, I will usually have to "twea...

Re: Diversity Operations - RX2 protection while transmitting
It is not clear from this thread if extra "insurance" to protect the RX front-end is truly required or not! Sure would be good to understand if what Mark, K1LSB, posted is the way most owners have it set up. Personally, I am very cautious and having an extra attenuator hooked up may be wha...

Filter width and Pure Signal
I was just reading an old thread (see below). It appears to be focusing on digital modes so my query is likely completely irrelevant. Prue Signal does an incredibly effective job at cleaning up the transmission and I doubt that a lot of "improvements" could be done that would really matter...

Re: CFC: Filter "shapes"?
Hello Warren, Below, see my follow-up queries. Now, I see the filter "shapes" of the CFC, going off your follow-on examples. That definitely answered my initial question. :) "The post-EQ operates in the frequency domain ... it's a simple addition to the CFC code. Since the signal is a...

Re: CFC: Filter "shapes"?
Hi Warren! Very nice to get your response and expert feedback on my question. I have used a gamut of compressors (software emulations for the most part), including Opto, Tube and FET which all sound different, at least in my ears. My query was in part prompted by Dynamic EQ's (DEQs) as they and mult...

Richie, You have been contributing in a big way to all of this and are painstakingly working to usher in improvements and, dare I say, embellishments :) ! CFC: Filter "shapes"?
I was playing around with the CFC this morning and decided to add a boost at only two frequency nodes, thinking that this would be roughly equivalent to a 3-band compressor. Splitting frequency bands into just 2 or 3 (perhaps 4) has produced reasonably good "separation" between sub-bands w...

Re: Required Calibrations - am I overlooking anything?
Yup. Well, I thought I was OK, but now that I look at my TX with the DUP on, I see a MUCH larger RF signature with the max of my TX being off the screen. Never saw that before. PS works as it should, but I am seeing a bottom that is VERY wide. Nobody will see it on the air though, but this bothers m...

Re: Required Calibrations - am I overlooking anything?
Scott, I am NOT calibrating for frequency, but I am calibrating the S meter ("Level Cal"). In the mean-time, I had RX2 tuned to the wrong frequency which explains why I didn't see the signal in the Panadapter although I injected a signal into RX2. The Signal generator (TinySA Ultra)...

Re: Required Calibrations - am I overlooking anything?
Why is it that when I inject -20dBm into RX antenna (RX2), I see the signal in RX1? Also, the S meter indicates a little shy of +50dB signal although -20dBm is equivalent to +53dB/S-9. Update: Disabled VAC1 and VAC2 and the S meter now corresponds pretty well with +53dB. Might as well use -23dBm lev...

Re: Required Calibrations - am I overlooking anything?
