Chris,
What model radios did you use in the settings? I run the DXLabs suite, and in PowerSDR I have it identifying as "PowerSDR", and in Commander I am using "SDR-5000" as the radio model type. This seems to work quite well.
Thanks,
Scott

Re: Thetis performance reports?
John, I think you mean Angelia_NP_11.5.rbf for the firmware, correct? If your radio runs OK with the firmware, then Thetis is working quite well. You can try running higher sample rates with PureSignal. There is also the new wideband display (Alex needs to be off/manual), the Path Indicator display,...

Re: Rumors of new firmware...
Ok, I understand. I do the same thing when using RX2 in a way that conflicts with Alex filter assignments. It could be either a software or firmware issue. The source of the problem could be identified by doing a Wireshark trace showing what the software is telling the firmware when the various chan...

Re: Hercules labels
I use a P-Touch labeler with tape that prints white lettering on black tape. Then I use a sharp scissor, X-acto knife, a steady hand and a lot of patience. Labels go on top of buttons or over other legends on the front panel. I'll also put plain black tape over legends I don't want visible. 73, Scott

Mike,
You'll have to check directly with Phil on that, I'm afraid.

Re: Rumors of new firmware...
It's a last resort, certainly, but, sadly, not as much of a hail Mary as you might think.
It would be really good if someone else could duplicate this behavior on their 100B.
Dumb question: what it the motivation for running with ALEX off?
Thanks,
Scott

Re: Rumors of new firmware...
I remember you reporting this issue previously. However nobody else is reporting this issue (yet). It is possible that it is a hardware issue with your radio. Have you tried reloading the firmware?

I have a 100-B which has the "High SWR" issue that was introduced in 3.3.14 and not corrected in 3.3.15.
That would be a PowerSDR problem, then, not a firmware issue.

Please remind us of what those issues were. Did other people report them as well?

Guide To Using HPSDR Programmer and HPSDR Bootloader to Upgrade Firmware
UPDATED 22 MAR 2022 Overview There are two ways to upgrade (or downgrade) firmware: use HPSDR Programmer, or use HPSDR Bootloader. Once upon a time, when there was only one kind of firmware, now known as "Protocol 1" firmware, HPSDR Programmer was considered the preferred way to upgrade/d...
