You might try to reload the firmware, but it's a longshot.
It could be a bad relay. It could be a bad cable or connector.
With the warranty period so close to expiring I'd recommend you contact the US repair operation ASAP.

Re: 8000DLE Diversity Setup
Single ADC hardware, like your ANAN-100, will not allow diversity to be used. Diversity (actually very poorly named, it's really two-element coherent beamforming) requires two separate data streams from two separate antennas at the same time. Even if the software did not check for the proper hardwar...

Re: Enable diversity using CAT
Scott, you mean that sync RX1 and RX2 is not necesary ? ( VFOA and VFOB) Correct. Logger send a orden to activate Diversity and another to deactivate, but I think that the Form is necesary to adjust phase and amplitude. Onece adjustes, really you don't need to touch it more for a sesion. True, but ...

Re: Enable diversity using CAT
You do not need to or want to invoke VFO sync as any part of diversity operations. Enabling diversity does everything it needs to do with RX2 automatically. I'd recommend you open the form using ZZDF first and last. Only enable/disable diversity using ZZDE with the form already open. Note: if you lo...

Re: Powered Speaker for my setup !!
I have a 7000DLE MkII (Black) on order and I'm considering a pair of JBL 305P MkII's for this rig. Looking at 7000DLE MkII photos I do not see a stereo output jack on the back of this rig. Is it safe to assume the R-SPK and L-SPK 1/4" jacks are the speaker outputs for the powered speakers? And...

Re: Mystery switch at bottom panel of 10E
That is the "bootloader switch". In the normal position the 10E will boot up using the SDR firmware. In the bootloader position the 10E will boot up in "bootloader" mode, thereby allowing you to install new/different/upgraded firmware using the HPSDR Bootloader program on your PC...

This is the newest: it is published now with Thetis, It is slightly out of date, but as far as I know it is correct for the current Thetis release. https://github.com/TAPR/OpenHPSDR-Thetis/blob/master/Documentation/Radio/Thetis-CAT-Command-Reference-Guide-V3.pdf Thank you, Laurence. Re: CAT refence manual
Yes, the Flex interface does not work because it is SmartSDR-specific, not the old legacy PowerSDR Flex interface.
What functionality is still missing from the development version at this time? Knowing that will help direct you.

Re: CAT refence manual
That guide is correct. Thetis is the same as PowerSDR for most basic commands. Thetis has a large number of commands that have been added since that guide was published, however it very unlikely any of those commands will be necessary for DXlog. DXlog should work in a basic fashion with Kenwood TS-2...

Re: SteppIR Antenna Control
All it needs is an RS232 CAT connection for frequency, correct? Easy day, then: 1. Provision your PC with a serial port, either a high quality USB to serial port adapter, or if it's a full size machine an actual serial port card. 2. Go into Setup > CAT Control and choose one of the four available CA...

Re: Manual Calibration Procedure
Don't know what that manual says, but here's the deal: ideally you would set the RF Drive slider in Thetis to 100 and then adjust the calibration factor to get 100W. Then after that, again ideally, if you set the slider to 50 you'd get 50W (or 5W if you are using one of the 10W units like the ANAN-1...

Re: Thetis - Band Stack Editing
Your MX Anywhere should have wheel click. And it also has Hyperscroll. Have you loaded the Logitech control software? Using that you should be able to define if the wheel click is for "center" click (which is what you want), or to switch in and out of "precise" mode.

I'm a little confused on the operation capabilities of the Controller V2. In the case of a 7000DLE MkII can the Controller V2 provide all that is necessary to operate without the 7000 having a connection to a full computer / network and HPSDR? Short answer: no. Longer answer: the Controller V2, htt...

Can you make these versions available? If Woodbox has abandoned their business is there any need for "licenses"?

Yes, don't overcomplicate it. One serial port pair is all you need, and if you've already got DDUtil installed and running then you already have virtual serial port software installed and running. The requirement for DDUtil is a reference to the old, legacy Flex version of PowerSDR, which only suppo...

Re: RX Level Calibration
Great news! IMHO it is worth going through the level cal exercise. Most who have done it have found they were off about 1 S-unit, myself included. But you do need a legit calibration signal generator source with a trusted output level. I used the 10MHz output of my GPS DO padded down to -30dBm and c...
