Support mail to Apache Labs?

Hello,

I have been trying to reach the support at the Apache Labs email support@apache-labs.com but I get error saying the mailbox is over quota and inactive. If someone from AL reads this, please look into it.

Re: New 200D Orion Protocol 2 Firmware Topic

Hello Phil, Thanks for the offer. I actually got the newer 200 working with 1.9.15 , if I leave the 200 powered on for some time until I start Thetis it runs ok. So we can skip the pre3 for now. I do not know the revs of my 200s, I am a bit lazy to disassemble them (I guess that is the only way to f...

Re: New 200D Orion Protocol 2 Firmware Topic

Interesting to see is that I get hangs on my other 200d also , so went back to pre-4 on that rig as well and now it is stable. Not sure about the rev for that rig but it should be newer than my first rig. Do we know from which rev of 200s the 1.9.15 runs stable? Edit: After having the 200d powered o...

Re: New 200D Orion Protocol 2 Firmware Topic

I have an issue. My old 200D, which is one of the first revs seems to not like the 1.9.15. It runs for a few hours and I can run QSOs with it and then all of the sudden I get seq errors and the rig "dies" in Thetis. I press power and it starts but then it fails again shortly thereafter. I ...

Multiple Thetis/rigs

Hello, To my understanding one cannot use more than one instance of Thetis at the time or rather one rig at the time when using protocol 2, per computer. Has anyone tried for instance to run one more instance in a hyperv-VM under WIN10? Or running one instance in a VM running on other hypervisors? I...

Re: Backup Software

Veeam endpoint backup (I think it is called Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition now) is free and should cover linux as well (I have only used the WIndows bits though). You do the emergency boot disk and all that stuff, and you can tell the software to start backups automatically when ce...

Re: 32 vs 64 bits

Hello Just checking for the fun of it. I have never set so high sampling rates as you have. But I tried it now: avg around 8-9% in Thetis 64bit 2.8.11 with both RX1 and RX2 activated. With XVTR activated and multi RX it raises like 1% cpu or so in Thetis. And in WIN taskmgr it is (totally for the co...

Re: New 200D Orion Protocol 2 Firmware Topic

Which are the bugs for PTT and transverter operations? I have 2 x 200D (with 1.8) and I have some strange behavior when using the footswitch to PTT in CW mode and I do use tranverters a lot so I am interested to find out. Excuse my ignorance but now when Thetis works with protocol 1 what is the main...
