Re: 2.6.9
Running a8 now but seems the last few versions the VAC1 Enable is not being remembered across restarts.
Where is the source code for this branch? I can do some debugging myself if need be.

Where did the antenna selection page go?
Re: 2.6.9
a7 doesn't work here very well on my ANAN 100
Hitting Tune gives a multi tone output as seen in the attachment that my MFJ-998 can't tune with (even though showing 20W it says "increase power" because the power is so spread out.
And doing a Tune from WSJT-X behaves much the same way.

FLRig. WSJT-X connected to FLRig, Log4OM connected to FLRig, and my own tuner utility connected to FLRig too.
My utility does power changes, VFO, PTT, frequency, and mode via FLRig.

Re: 2.6.9
Not sure what you mean by "on the end of it"
Seems like DirectX is not having the memory problem at least in the short while I've been running it.
One other thing you might consider...don't do any drawing when the window is minimized. I do that in some of my software to prevent CPU usage.

I ran my test over about 24 hours

a) What spots?
b) Just Panadapter -- don't know what the background/sun thing is
c) Edge
d) One CAT connection
e) Single Rx
f) Was using GDI+ -- switched to DIrectX now to see if it makes a difference

I'm seeing a memory leak in MW0LGE a6_2
Over 24 hours memory usage went from 620MB to 765MB. Yesterday before I started tracking got an out of memory error.

Re: Fun with SEQ Log :-)
How does one know if it's a torrent? There's no time tag on these things.
Does the seq log just keep appending? That wouldn't seem like a good idea unless these sequence problems are very infrequent.

Re: Fun with SEQ Log :-)
One other solution would be to use RUDP. But I guess we might not have enough room in the rigs memory to do it?

Re: Odd XMIT Artifact after PTT released
Sounds like you have a lousy switch or maybe bad cables?
Do you know that everything is running at Gigabit speeds?
People should be considering Cat 8 cables too since they are all shielded and can help all sorts of things (better speed and reduced noise injection into your shack).

Re: N1MM Radio Connection to Thetis
You should report that problem to N1MM.
There may not be a fix for it but he should be able to put in a warning at least.

Re: N1MM Radio Connection to Thetis
I wonder if N1MM or Thetis doesn't like the 3-digit port number. I know that's been a problem in some other software.
Can you try a lower port#? Especially in the 1-9 region ?

Re: N1MM Radio Connection to Thetis
I just tested using the TS-2000 and TS-480 entry from N1MM and they worked just fine.
You need to double-check the serial port parameters in both.
I run 115,200 None,8,1 in Thetis and N1MM shows SO1V 115200,N,8,1,DTR=Always On, RTS=Alyways On, TX=2

Re: New Protocol 2 Firmware Released
I have one problem with P2 and the ANAN 100. I'm running WSJT-X and the rig runs at < 10W.
Several times a day the transmit audio goes haywire which is obvious on the spectrum display...very wide noise floor around the signal. Power cycling PowerSDR brings it back immediately.

Re: JTDX level and ALC
I just tested with 100W out and WSJT-X and max power and Thetis TX Gain at 0 (I assume that's dB). Still show -65dB on the harmonics so nothing is being overdriven at all with 0dB on the ALC. I assume JTDX does what WSJT-X does and only puts on 97% of full power at full scale. Are you seeing > 0dB o...

Re: JTDX level and ALC
I did some testing and get the same with WSJT-X and have to run the TX Gain on Thetis at -4 in order to stay at -1dB on the ALC meter but that seems unnecessary. If I watch the transmit I see the harmonics at -65dB no matter how high I set the Tx Gain and the ALC never goes above 0dB...then again I'...
