Anan-10 power meter suddenly off
Hello, My Anan-10's displayed forward power reading (OpenHPSDR mRX 3.4.9) is suddenly off. Instead of reading 8 Watts forward when in tune mode as it normally does, it now reads 18 to 25 Watts depending on the band. The readings on my Telepost LP-500 external power meter haven't changed; it shows 8 ...

Re: Single MIDI Controller Button Controlling MOX and Voicemeeter?
Okay, I believe I may have solved my own problem with the Stanton controller and PowerSDR. The Stanton MIDI controller insists that I feed its output to the bundled Stanton router, which they call rather inelegantly "DaRouter," and NOT directly to the Bome MIDI router that Scott recommende...

Re: Single MIDI Controller Button Controlling MOX and Voicemeeter?
First the easy part: there is a MOX command called MOX On Off. It is a button-assignable command. It is a toggle, not a push-to-talk, control. Second part, splitting a MIDI controller across two applications: you can do this. It requires using "virtual MIDI software", much the same as usi...

Re: Diversity Operations
Good idea, Bill! I will make this thread a "sticky". Here's what I've posted in the past, perhaps it will be of help... Diversity can only be achieved using radios that have two separate ADCs. Currently this would be the 100D, 200D and 8000.[...] Can coherent beam-forming diversity be don...

Re: Single MIDI Controller Button Controlling MOX and Voicemeeter?
However, I have to ask: why do you want VMP routes to change when MOX is active? I'm having trouble understanding what you intend to achieve and I'm wondering if there isn't a better solution? Thank you very much, Scott. You have likely saved me days of frustration! Here's more detail on what I'm t...

Single MIDI Controller Button Controlling MOX and Voicemeeter?
I have watched the video tutorials and read or scanned every post in this section, but I know very little about MIDI. Here's what I am trying to accomplish: 1. Energize MOX on my Anan-10 (OpenHPSDR 3.4.9) without having to have OpenHPSDR in focus. and 2. Change a couple of routing parameters automat...

Re: Anan-10 Disassembly
Thank you, Scott. Will give it a (careful) try this week.

Anan-10 Disassembly
Hi all:
Where would I find instructions for disassembling the Anan-10?
Thanks,
Kevin.

Re: IQ File Playback: Panadapter Doesn't Move When Tuning
Thank you, Rob, for doing all that testing for me. I am bit disappointed in the inability to tune the recorded spectrum with a moving display -- which I can do even on my relatively primitive Flex SDR-1000 -- but I suppose with all the excellence built into these rigs I should not complain too much....

Re: IQ File Playback: Panadapter Doesn't Move When Tuning
Hi Kevin, I have found that it does not work for me unless I enable the CTUN button (underneath the AVG and PEAK buttons in the GUI). When CTUN is enabled I can tune around in the panadapter normally while playing back an I/Q recording. I'm not sure if the way I do this is normal behavior for OpenH...

IQ File Playback: Panadapter Doesn't Move When Tuning
On my new (to me) Anan 10 with v3.3.9, I can successfully record 384 kHz of spectrum and play it back, even tune around on the recorded spectrum while playing it back. BUT the panadapter display does not move when I am doing that tuning around during playback, quite unlike tuning the received spectr...

Re: Anan 10 Headphone Jack Bad?
Seems like a logical conclusion. Just to beat the most likely dead horse a little thinner, what type of headphones are you using? Standard 3.5mm TRS plug? 73, Scott Ha, good question. I have tried two different headphones, one a Koss, one a Sennheiser, with the same results. Both use standard 3.5mm...

Anan 10 Headphone Jack Bad?
New (to me) Anan 10. VAC audio works great. Rear speaker jack works great. Front panel headphone jack, while it feels firm and the plug seats correctly, has very low audio output even when master gain is up all the way, almost inaudible except on high peaks, and has a very bad "snapping" k...
