Re: What client software are YOU using ??

Nice looking interface Rob I am using Thetis v2.8.11 for all the features it offers and the incredible performance it delivers. In addition to what has been mentioned above I would add that the Zeus Radio software is great fun to tinker with and it is fully RX and TX capable. It is not free but you ...

Hi Bill, I'm not in UK but EU has the same rules at present as far as I know . You should pay VAT but not duty . If I'm not mistaken your VAT is currently reduced so good time to buy with the USD rate better than it has been for a while. If you can, get a revolut virtual card for best exchange rate ...

Re: VAC resampler instability at startup

Using a Ryzen 1700 x processor and I have seen this happen sometimes, resetting the Buffer latency Manual checkbox and sometimes re starting the audio engine in voicemeeter clears it up . Usually happens when I switch TX profiles from DIGU to SSB. Thanks for the suggestion to set at 256 rather than ...

Re: Need Info about certain hardware

Hope I have not done the seller an injustice as there was a change back to a smaller case after I bought mine , just thought it was not blue but I am open to correction. I'm sure Abhi could confirm either way.

Re: 2nd RX has no antenna

Bob , having mon on is your issue , there's some latency happening which causes the echo. I use voicemeeter here for audio routing and this will allow you to monitor without the audio going back into the TX path on your digital software if you wish. Having mon on for digital modes will mess up your ...

Hi Dave, I use NB quite a bit on 6m FT8 and although it does create images of the signal i have not found to to lessen the decode efficiency. What level do you have it set at if I may ask ?

Yes you can have different profiles for digital mic etc which is useful as DIGU mode will disable all the audio tools like CFC etc The band stack will also remember each profile per freq

Hi Larry, voicemeeter banana or potato software can do this for you if you use a digital interface for your mic. Probably needs its own topic though as its not planned for Thetis as far as I know so perhaps Scott can split this off.
