Thanks Scott, that was the problem. Looking at the back of the 10E, I was using the bottom left-hand most "pin1" on the left side of the table AND the red pin number assignments in the User Guide. Reading table numbers on the right side indicated "pin 25" which per the red number...

With nothing in the front panel TUN, MOX, CAT, CAT+PTT still key the 10E but not PTT out. I also noticed today keying CW will key the 10E but not PTT out.

No, TUN, MOX, CAT, CAT+PTT do not key PTT out, but front panel MIC PTT does as before.

This 10E is now working properly. Doug, W5WC, found an intermittent ribbon cable and replaced the cable and connectors. The 10E has not had a single sensitivity dropout since. Thanks Doug!
