All right you have my attention. Where exactly on the left side of the spectrum display are you clicking and dragging? I was unaware the waterfall display level was adjustable this way. Thank you.

I knew I was going to be wrong on the name.

I'll go through and check the interrupts when I'm finished babysitting my granddaughter later today. She has a problem with recurring "timeouts"

Re: Sound blaster internal sound card

Mr. de Cassoles, Very interesting reading on the interrupt front. Did you manually make your changes or did you use the MSI utility? I know manually changing them might be very labor intensive sometimes, but somewhat safer than a utility that might change things that need to be left alone. I remembe...

Re: Sound blaster internal sound card

I received my Sound Blaster AE-9 card in record time from the seller. I'm still working with the settings and this is what I have presently. https://i.imgur.com/R0k9SDN.jpg I'm hoping I can find something that I can do that will give me the ability to get the RingBuffer timings lower. Yes , you have to love these email/ISP providers. Anytime I send an email to a business and don't get a response, I check "Spam" , "Bulk" and anywhere else that an email might land. I suppose your's went to the place nobody has access to. I appreciate your trying. Go ahead and sh...

Re: Sound blaster internal sound card

A quite enlightening post Scott. I've been looking at scopes. I may go ahead and make the move to get one. As I've stated in other posts I'm retiring in a few months and I'm trying to get set up test equipment now. I intend to spend more time in the hobby. I'm on vacation for the past two weeks and ...

Re: Sound blaster internal sound card

Let me explain my question. The Presonus uses a USB 3.0 interface. the 3.0 USB interface is a bottleneck. What I am reading is that one could use an internal sound card instead of the Presonus bypassing this bottleneck. This has the possibility or capability of obtaining faster data transfer. This w...

Sound blaster internal sound card

I am looking at different hardware that would allow me to obtain the lowest latency possible. I am using the Behringer UMC202HD. I've read good reports about that and the Presonus 192. One advantage of the Presonus 192 is the USB 3.0 interface with the PC. Has anyone tried the Creative Sound Blaster...

Re: Need a factory box for black 7000DLE mkII

Thank you Scott, That makes me feel better. Yes I kind of thought that might be a long way for just an empty box. The question to myself was do I really need the box or was I just being obsessive? Naa. Maybe a little obsessive. I really would like a set of prints though. I don't want to work on it ,...

Re: Wave Record/Play function not working properly

Jay, Thanks for the information. I don't think I had tried it from the Play and Record GUI buttons. I looked in the Wave options and my setup matched yours. I tried it and it would record and play back fine. It would not play back when transmitting. When I had my microphone connected to the radio th...

Re: Wave Record/Play function not working properly

Thank you Scott. Yes everything is recording well in VoiceMeeter. The issue is not really big deal for me more than a curiosity. Wave Record/Play function not working properly

I'm using Thetis 2.7.0 with the latest firmware. Since I'm still learning I thought I would go back through the video on setting up transmit audio settings using CFC audio tools. I've done this before with no issues. This time however I made it to the point of recording my transmitted audio and play...

RX 2 mirror image of RX1

I hope I put this in the correct topic area. This afternoon I played around with RX2. I wasn't very far along when I noticed something different between the Panafall for RX1 and the Panafall for RX2. Parts of RX2 is a mirror image of RX1, but not all of it. It looks like the center 1/3 of RX2 mirror...

In this case yes. The first time I started 2.7.0 I had to go through and correct many settings that did not come over from 2.6.9. After that I had no issues.
