Re: Shipping Updates
I'm glad to see people buying the Anan transceivers. I'm hearing more and more 7000DLE MKII's on the air daily. They all sound great!

I just went by the origination on the box label. If it came from Australia that might be even more amazing!

Re: Questions about the 7000DLE MKII
Got mine in 4 weeks. It was a Christmas buy and Apache said they were sending them out before Christmas. They did as promised. What I thought was amazing was the it left India on Monday morning and was on my bench in Tennessee Wednesday evening. The FedEx guy said that Apache dropped a chuck of chan...

Put that high power Motherboard and CPU in an ugly case and call it a "sleeper". That pair should run what ever you throw at it and still have room to breathe. Don't forget the NVM2 SSD to top off the setup. Merry Christmas!

Re: Anan 100 What is the actual Rear Jack speaker impedance
Thank You Scott, I do not want to send anyone down a path best not traveled. It has been a long time since I wired my 7000 up. After your last post I thought ," I surely had audio outputs on the rear of the deck since I have nothing connected to the front jack?" I got my manual out and loo...

Re: Anan 100 What is the actual Rear Jack speaker impedance
Hello Ken, I don't know if this is any value at all to you. My son had purchased a matching transformer for his car stereo. You connect it to the Left and Right 8 ohm outputs and The other side of the transformer is connected to the low level input of an audio amp. At one point there were may brands...

Re: What client software are YOU using ??
I use Thetis 2.8.11 with the latest firmware offering. Like Scott said it may not be the prettiest, but if you want to get the most functionality for all it's great features, you can beat Thetis. I have had an Anan radio for almost a year now and I have had great fun with Thetis. With the latest 64 ...

1. Power cord is 3 feet long 8 ga. stranded. 2. 7000 DLE mk 2 3. Condition is in receive mode, AF gain at zero. 4. The variations are greatest during receive mode. During 100w CW key down I see 13 to 13.2 volts with occasional variations in between. 5. No other devices are connected. 6. Home has 40...

I'm running Thetis 2.8.11 64 bit with Firmware Metis_Orion_MkII_Protocol_2_v2.0b. I'm running audio VAC at 192000 Sample Rate, 512 Buffer, and Ring buffer at 35ms In and Out. I get the small burst of Overflows and Underflows when I first Power On Thetis. After that it pretty much runs clean. I have ...

Re: VAC resampler instability at startup
Noticing the VAC audio seems more stable here too . My VAC is more stable and also my VOX is working more stable. Before the upgrade I could get it adjusted, use it for a period and then it would begin engaging with no sound at all. I started using it after the upgrade with no adjustments. It's bee...

Hope I have not done the seller an injustice as there was a change back to a smaller case after I bought mine , just thought it was not blue but I am open to correction. I'm sure Abhi could confirm either way. Yes, I have the same feeling. I did not want to indirectly portray the hardware in the sa...

Re: Need Info about certain hardware
There is a 7000DLE MKII with a satin brushed face, it comes with an imbedded CPU: Yes I was aware of that one. There is a 7000DLE with a blue face and a round on/off switch for sale on QRZ.COM that is being presented as a MKII. I'n not sure it is or not. I didn't think there was a MKII with a blue ...

For what it's worth my Thetis boots in 14 seconds. I'm measuring from the moment Thetis is started until the time it's available to power up. I actually have Thetis starting after the computer boots. I have several programs that start sequentially from a batch file in a specific order. 15 Seconds is...

You can get a list of the current shortcut keys in the Thetis manual. It can be downloaded here http://www.nicklebyhouse.co.uk/index.php/downloads/category/13-sdr?download=55:thetis-manual-draft-0-4.
I hope this helps.
