Re: Auto Power on not working

Thank you Terry! So, in other words, it just does the same thing as adding "-autostart" to the desktop program shortcut? It does not have anything to do with powering on the hardware. Now I understand.

Re: Auto Power on not working

Are you running the 7000DLEMk2? If so, which version of the radio? Mine is one of the very early ones. Maybe the auto power on only works on later ones?

Auto Power on not working

Just installed Thetis 2.10.3.5 as well as Protocol 2 Firmware 2.2.2. Everything installed with no errors. However, checking the Auto Power on at Startup box under Settings/General/Options/Options-2 seems to no have any effect. That is, the radio does not power on when I start Thetis. My radio is a 7...

Re: Thetis 2.10.2 Final Now Available

I just got a new computer running W11 Pro. What is the best way to move all the settings and memories in Thetis v2.10.1 from my old computer to Thetis v2.10.2 on my new one?

Re: Splash disable?

Ramdor: I certainly did not mean to open a can of worms here. I actually was hoping you might respond to my initial inquiry on this thread. I am not that knowledgeable as to how generate a 'build' to be able to do it myselft. Is there something wrong with the build posted my dynamicfusion? I have do...

Thank you for this. However, when I tried to download it, I got a popup asking me to install an extension on my Chrome browser (WIndows). Is this extension legit and is it necessary in order to download your file?

Splash disable?

I am wondering if there is a way to turn off the Ukraine splash screen. While I am totally in sympathy with the people of Ukraine and have done what I can to support them, I am finding it less than useful to have the initial Ukraine splash screen show up every time I start Thetis. IS there a way to ...

Re: NoMachine remote with Thetis?

BTW, I forgot to mention that I do have RCForb and it works flawlessly with Thetis, both on audio and on control. I just wanted something where I could also see my desktop, which is why I am trying to get NoMachine to work.

Re: NoMachine remote with Thetis?

Thanks Scott. I did not have any problems with having Thetis function properly. My only problem was with audio on the tranmit side. The weird thing is that the receive audio was transported with not problem from Thetis to my remote computer. Even though the VAC settings were symetrical, I could not ...

NoMachine remote with Thetis?

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question, which is why I also posted it in the Thetis forum... Is anyone using NOMACHINE remote desktop with Thetis? If so, can you tell me what your audio settings are? I can get the audio from Thetis out to my remote client with no problem. H...

I just installed 2.9.0.3 and it seemed to install without error. However, when I try to run it (W10_64bit). I get a popup window that says: "Incorrect version of wdsp.dll installed". It then says it is importing the database, that popup closes and the program never opens. Any ideas of how ...

Does Thetis "announce" frequency changes?

Does this latest version of Thetis have the ability to send out the frequency, perhaps by USB or perhaps by TCP, any time the frequency is changed? If so, what is the format of that? I want to try to capture it to send to my Elecraft ATU so that it will follow the frequency the Anan is tuned to. I a...

Re: Unstable, wide, nasty spur

I am thinking maybe I am having the same problem, but the fundamental appears to be in the 40 meter phone band. The noise is definitely coming in through the antenna because when I disconnect the antenna, it disappears completely. It also abruptly starts and stops with no apparent repeating interval...

Re: Thetis 2.8.11 starts only briefly..

Well, I figured it out. It was an IP address conflict on my LAN. It seems that in the interim between using the radio, another device was assigned the same address as the radio was using. Once I figured that out, it was a simple matter to assign a new IP address to the radio and then make it reserve...

Thetis 2.8.11 starts only briefly..

I have not used my Anan 700DLE Mk2 for a couple of months. I have Thetis 2.8.11 installed on my W10pro computer. Firmware in the radio is Metis_Orion_MkII_Protocol_2_v2.0b. All working fine before. Now, when I ran Thetis, it starts up properly but only works for a second or so. Then it stays open bu...

Receiver preamp?

I just installed a "loop on the ground" antenna (see KK5JY.net) and it seems to be quite effective in many circumstances in improving SNR. However, it does have a lower level of signal strength. I was looking for a receive preamp in Thetis, but was unable to find it. Can someone direct me ...

I think this was already requested by someone, but I would like to see an option for an analog-looking regular meter as an alternative to the edge-looking meter already present.
Thank you!
