I read this stickied post about S meter and calibrations etc but I still have a question. My 100B reads an s8 with no antenna connected. Light signals are reading 30 over on 80 meters. Does anyone elses read so high with no antenna connected?

If you want to fully divorce yourself from radio connections, other than Ethernet, see the part in my VAC tutorial about using a serial port on your PC to accept a PTT switch. I know I'm bumping an old post but how did you do this Scott? I need a way to key my radio besides using the space bar :roll:

Hey guys, new here. Just have a quick question. I know this isn't a Flex and this isn't the Flex software but my dad has a 6300 and I'm curious if OpenHPSDR has this feature.
